The following is a letter that was submitted on November 14, 2024 to the Multhomah Country Commision by the Center for Sustainable Economy and This Land It in it are specific recommedations regarding the implmentation of fossil fuel risk bonds as they apply to the Portland Critical Energy Infrastructure Hub.
